Job Description:As a Motion Graphics Creative Lead, you will be responsible for creating high-performing, visually stunning videos that elevate brands and drive conversions across e-commerce and q-commerce platforms.This role involves conceptualizing and producing product-centric motion graphics videos, collaborating with the creative team to develop strong visual narratives, and maintaining a consistent brand design language across all video assets.Conceptualize and produce product-centric motion graphics videos for e-commerce and q-commerce platforms.Create explainer videos, product demos, and social reels that effectively communicate brand and product USPs.Collaborate with the Creative Head, Scriptwriter, and Producer to develop strong visual narratives.Maintain a consistent brand design language across all video assets.Develop storyboards and moodboards for animated content.Continuously improve video performance through creative experimentation and innovation.Key responsibilities include animating and editing using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, delivering videos in platform-optimized formats, managing motion templates, and overseeing editing, sound design, and post-production workflows.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in motion design or video production, a strong portfolio showcasing animation, storytelling, and brand-driven design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a keen eye for timing, visual rhythm, composition, colour grading, and sound.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented team, and continuously develop your skills and expertise.Other Opportunities:Opportunities for growth and professional development are available, including training programs, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities.
