Job Title: UI/UX Design Faculty

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Design professional to join our faculty team . The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience, a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, and proficiency in a wide array of design and analytics tools. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for educating and inspiring the next generation of designers by delivering comprehensive and up-to-date curriculum, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic community.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Delivery:
Develop and deliver engaging course materials, lectures, and workshops covering fundamental and advanced concepts in UI/UX design.
Integrate practical exercises and real-world projects to enhance learning outcomes.
Update curriculum regularly to reflect current industry trends, standards, and technologies.

Student Mentorship and Evaluation:
Provide guidance and mentorship to students on academic and career development.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.

Research and Professional Development:
Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in UI/UX design.
Contribute to academic research, publications, and conferences related to design and user experience.

Collaboration and Engagement:
Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and outreach activities.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and internship opportunities for students.

Analytics and Data Visualization: Google Analytics
AI and Innovative Technologies: DALL·E 2, Gemini
Portfolio and Community Platforms: Behance, Dribbble, Medium

Experience:
10-15 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a robust portfolio demonstrating a wide range of projects and design solutions.
Prior teaching or mentorship experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to inform design decisions.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
