**Job Description**:
SKM CLASSES is seeking a dedicated and experienced Biology Faculty member to join our academic team. As a Biology Faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in biology, fostering student engagement, and promoting a deep understanding of biological concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lectures, laboratory sessions, and other instructional activities in biology.
- Design and implement a comprehensive biology curriculum aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and promote active learning.
- Facilitate hands-on laboratory experiments, investigations, and dissections to enhance students' understanding of biological principles.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, including tutoring, mentoring, and academic advising.
- Assess student learning through quizzes, tests, projects, and other evaluative measures, providing constructive feedback to support student growth.
- Incorporate real-world examples, current research findings, and interdisciplinary connections to make biology relevant and engaging for students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects, coordinate curriculum integration, and support cross-curricular initiatives.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development activities, and professional growth opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness and contribute to the academic community.

Qualifications:

- Master's or doctoral degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Teaching experience in biology at the secondary or post-secondary level (college/university teaching experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of biological concepts, principles, and methodologies, with expertise in specific subfields of biology.
- Proficiency in instructional techniques, curriculum development, and assessment strategies appropriate for biology education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to student-centered teaching, active learning, and fostering a culture of inquiry and discovery in the classroom.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development, staying current with advancements in biology education, and incorporating best practices into teaching.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and stakeholders to promote student success and contribute to the academic community.

**Salary**: ₹11,347.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month
