HR Generalist - US & India OperationsBengaluru, Karnataka OR Jaipur, Rajasthan - OnsiteTimings - EST or EST/IST HybridOpen for Part Time WorkHR Generalist with prior experience working preferably with IT Services and/or Staff Augmentation companies for US region.The candidate will support US Recruitment Team based in India.Support Internal Hiring, HR Topics, and US Operations.Responsibilities:Strategize, build and focus on programs to build company culture and attract the best talent into our workforceThis person will work closely with the executive leadership to drive these mission-critical programsEnsure an efficient recruitment/ interviewing function to maintain adequate staffing at all levels and the uniform and equitable application of Human Resources policies and proceduresDeliver a world-class employee experience from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.Refine, maintain, and manage human resource policies, systems, and processes.Manager and support a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Leverage ATS platforms to improve employee experience, ensure data accuracy, and generate HR metrics.Verify payroll inputs.Work with peers globally to have standardized processes, and execute on best practices.Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trendsRequirements:3+ years of experience working as an HR executive/generalist/manager or in a similar position is preferred.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a Master's is a plus.In-depth knowledge and understanding of laws and HR best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills.Should be comfortable dealing with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive results.A confident and clear communication style and presentation skills with excellent organizational skills.Being enterprising and solution-oriented will be strongly preferred.Experience in an overseas work environment is preferred.Immediate joiners will be preferred.
