Position: HR - Recruitment Generalist (1 - 5 years) Company: Big Rattle Technologies Private Limited Location: Mumbai Local Mumbai candidates staying close to Marol, Mumbai will be preferred. Summary: We are looking for a HR - Recruitment Generalist to join our team. You must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruitment Generalist located in Mumbai. The HR - Recruitment Generalist will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration. The role requires coordinating with various departments to understand hiring needs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Responsibilities will include: Technical Recruitment (65 - 75 percent of your time) Prepare Job Descriptions in coordination with the technical team. Source candidates as per current open positions in the Company Screen candidates for the requirements and ensure they meet the requirements as per the job description Schedule technical interviews Ensure hiring deadlines are met Vendor management, ensuring they are actively sourcing for open positions Enhance technical skills to be effective in sourcing and screening. This will also require understanding of the projects in the Company and the Technical Skills required for the projects Maintain a database of potential hires to reduce turnaround time required to hire resources Maintain a network of sources to ensure quick hiring HR-Operations- Administration (25 - 35 percent of your time) People management and engagement Handle the Onboarding process for new hires Plan and participate in employee morale and engagement activities Maintain up-to-date employee records Monthly payroll processing Compliance management and execution as per calendar of activities Review and improve HR policies Maintain the HR, Recruitment, Operations Manual Coordinate and execute administration activities Execute and deliver activities as assigned by your manager Maintain templates and streamline all HR-Operations Admin activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or Administration Required Skills: Excellent English, both verbal & written. Proven track record of hiring technical resources for an IT Company Solid experience in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Linked, Indeed, etc) Hand-on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel/ Google Docs, Sheets Skilled in headhunting, networking, and building strong candidate pipelines. Good at managing multiple stakeholders. Experience in HR-Operation-Admin as part of your responsibilities Why should you join Big Rattle?
