This role will oversee the split of application codebases, environments, and integrations to support organizational separation while ensuring business continuity. The Tech Lead will provide hands-on leadership across system configurations, integration management, and technical cutover execution, serving as the central escalation point for all pricing technology decisions. Responsibilities: · Define and oversee the technical approach for application codebase split and environment separation, balancing efficiency, stability, and scalability. · Review and manage updates to system configurations and integration endpoints impacted by the separation. · Coordinate closely with developers and QA teams to validate functionality and ensure no regression of critical business processes. · Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues, decisions, and trade- offs related to the separation. · Lead technical planning and execution during cutover and transition activities, ensuring minimal disruption. · Document the updated architecture, integration design, and environment strategy for future state operations. Qualifications: · Strong technical background in application architecture and environment management. This role is responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining pricing functionality, ensuring integrations and data pipelines are updated, and implementing branding adjustments across customer- facing outputs. The developer will partner with IT, offering management, and business teams to validate pricing logic, support UAT, and ensure a smooth cutover into steady state operations. Responsibilities Review and update APIs, connectors, and integration endpoints to align with the organizational separation and downstream system requirements. Assess pricing master data, customer/material hierarchies, discount structures, and rules configuration to determine what needs to be cloned, cleaned, or reconfigured. Implement updates to pricing portals, UIs, and system-generated outputs (e.g., quotes, invoices) to reflect org-specific identity. Validate pricing logic and integration functionality post-split. Support UAT, cutover, and hypercare issue resolution. Document updated configuration, pricing rules, integration mappings, and governance processes for the future-state environment. Act as a subject matter advisor to IT and business stakeholders on pricing system capabilities and constraints during the separation. Qualifications Deep functional expertise in pricing systems, including rules engines, discount hierarchies, and data models. Strong understanding of integration touchpoints with ERP, CRM, and downstream applications. Experience leading configuration updates, API development, and system branding in pricing/quoting environments. Prior involvement in system separation, migrations , or large-scale pricing technology transformations. Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and customer/material structures within pricing systems.
