We advise and support enterprises with the right technology solutions and products, delivering innovative solutions tailored to their needs.The Campaign Analyst will be involved in planning and executing marketing automation campaigns for client loyalty and CRM initiatives.This role requires understanding of marketing automation basics, especially in the loyalty and CRM space for B2C industries. The candidate should have good exposure to tools used for planning, activating, and monitoring campaigns at large scales.Responsibilities:Support execution of annual CRM & Loyalty calendar ensuring timely campaign rollout according to regional marketing plans that drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation.Coordinate across front-end and back-end systems and with vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of promotions and loyalty updates across channels (App, Website, POS, and other touchpoints).Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement in-store and digital campaigns related to CRM and Loyalty initiatives.Partner with the CRM & Loyalty consultant to plan, execute, and monitor tactical campaigns.Ensure timely rollout of customer communications (email, SMS, push notifications, or other channels) for loyalty campaigns and promotions.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure store teams are informed and aligned on ongoing loyalty offers, campaign details, and redemption mechanics.Understand and leverage system capabilities to support campaign logic, offer configurations, and customer journey workflows.Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for campaigns and tactical promotions to ensure accuracy before launch.Required Skills and Qualifications:Engineering graduates preferred from top institutes.Willingness to work during US operational hours.2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in managing CRM campaigns for large B2C brands.Prior experience in handling CRM campaign activities for US clients is strongly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong command of English (both spoken and written).Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proactive and able to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance.Already experienced in handling multiple campaign and data tools and keen to learn new tools quickly if required.Preference to those who are currently residing in US or Canada.
