We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Senior Executive Facilities Integrated Facilities Management ​What this job involves:Responsible for managing the assigned properties of Client within the approved processes and procedures and in accordance with the requirements of all statutory requirements Deliver contracted obligations to Client including the provision of comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical and non-technical services with a focus on continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesManage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned facilityManage the performance and outcomes of assigned staff reporting to the positionProvide overall services in accordance with Client standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of informationDevelop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce the utility costs, increase productivity and increase the savingsEnsure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state and central laws & regulations that pertain to the operating of facilitiesOversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management service delivery staffDevelop specific processes and procedures and ensure implementation and compliance of the processesSupport Client in the implementation of short and long-term projectsDevelop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by ClientOversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reportingIn consultation and collaboration with Operations Manager, oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management service delivery staffEnsure client satisfaction with client Facility Management by providing a seamless interface into Client Admin TeamDemonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativityDevelop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by clientOversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the clientCoordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administrationEnsure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standardsShare best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for JLL.What we can do for you:At JLL, we make sure that you become the best version of yourself by helping you realise your full potential in an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment.
