Our Organization is seeking an accomplished computational biologist with expertise in bioinformatics to join our innovative team. This pivotal role involves developing cutting-edge pipelines for omics analysis and integrating data from diverse sources.Job Description:As a computational biologist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets generated by next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies, focusing on scRNA-Seq and other Omics (NGS) data. You will work closely with our research team to design and implement novel pipelines for optimizing omics analysis, ensuring the highest level of data quality and accuracy.Required Skills and Qualifications:Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, or related field.Strong track record of scRNA-Seq and other Omics (NGS) data analysis and downstream systemic interpretation.Excellent understanding of current best practices in computational biology data-management.Expertise in programming/scripting languages such as R, Python, shell-script.Experience with Docker and Nextflow.Strong background in population genomics, including GWAS, eQTL/pQTL analyses WES/WGS sequencing data analyses, and statistical analyses of rare and common variants.Familiarity with machine learning and Linux environment.Benefits:As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with experts in the field, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
