Should have 8+ years of experience in AI and Program Management in Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management

• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional programs and projects.

• Strong project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)

• Risk management and contingency planning expertise

• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Ability to drive projects to completion on time and within budget

AI Governance

• Deep understanding of AI technologies, their applications, and potential impacts.

• Knowledge of AI ethics, bias, and fairness principles.

• Experience in developing and implementing AI governance frameworks and policies.

• Ability to assess AI risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Understanding of relevant AI regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).

Leadership and Communication

• Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive AI initiatives across the organization.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Change management expertise to drive adoption of AI governance practices
