We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Expert with extensive experience in ADP Payroll integration to join our dynamic team.This role will play a pivotal part in configuring, implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence Management and Time and Labor while ensuring seamless integration with ADP Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as hands-on experience in integrating with ADP Payroll solutions.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Absence Management and Time and LaborEnsure seamless integration with ADP PayrollDevelop and maintain technical documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projectsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Absence Management and Time and LaborIn-depth knowledge of Absence Management configurations, including absence plans, accruals and eligibility rules in Oracle HCM CloudFamiliarity with OTL configurations, including time entry, labor rules and timesheet managementHands-on experience in technical aspects like Fast Formulas, OTBI and BI ReportingExperience integrating ADP Payroll with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with Absence and Time and Labor modulesBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA dynamic and supportive work environment
