Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser at SAKU in Gurugram. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating appealing window displays, optimizing product placement, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.

Design and implement visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
Designing and implementing visually appealing product displays
Training and supervising store staff on visual merchandising best practices and maintaining visual standards.
Plan and execute fixture installations and in-store branding for new store openings.
Create and manage window displays that reflect current seasons and promotional themes.
Ensure displays attract and engage customers while promoting key products.
Collaborate with store management and construction teams to ensure timely and effective setup.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Analyse market trends and consumer behavior to optimize store layouts and displays.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques.
Ensure brand consistency across all retail locations.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications
1-3 years minimum experience as a visual merchandiser in leading fashion / apparel brand store(s)
Retail and Sales experience
Ability to create captivating Window Displays
Attention to detail and creativity
New Store Opening (NSO) experience a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of current fashion trends
Communication and Customer Service skills
Graduation in a fashion / creative field is a plus
