Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain graphic templates to ensure consistency across all our stores and channels.
  • Develop and distribute visual merchandising guidelines to our teams, ensuring that our brand message is conveyed effectively.
  • Collaborate with our Merchandising team to create engaging presentations and displays that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Support our Visual Merchandising Senior Manager with special projects, including achieving divisional financial goals through visual merchandising.
  • Assist in the preparation of major presentations and workshops to share best practices and new ideas with our teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong photography skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Business acumen and understanding of how effective visual strategies drive customer engagement and sales.
