DescriptionProcess# Work closely with HR& Admin Head to manage employee relations aspects of changes to organization structure, manpower deployment etc which are needed to support the Unit objectives.#  Guide Unit level departments in target setting, appraisal and performance feedback sessions to ensure adherence to the PMS cycle.# Identify training needs of the Unit employees and collaborate with training & talent management function for learning and career development plans for identified employees .# Be the custodian for compliance management related to labour laws, statutory regulations, court orders and judgments with respect to permanent and contractual labor; Maintain liaison with government agencies and other relevant stakeholders to mitigate non compliances or IR issues (Unit).#  Manage workforce administration processes (leave management, benefits etc) and address their queries; Work closely with Payroll personnel to facilitate timely & accurate payroll processing for unit employees.#  Maintain necessary employee records to effectively monitor absenteeism, implementation of equal opportunities , staff rotation, staffing levels etc. at the Unit .# Ensure contractual labour deployment is as per agreed plan and that adequate controls are in place to mitigate potential liabilities .# Lead disciplinary procedures within the unit against identified misconducts and manage IR sensitivities .People#  Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members .# Ensure capability development of self and team members by actively participating and leveraging training & growth opportunities available including knowledge management initiatives.
