Job Title:CSR Partnership SpecialistDescription:This part-time role is designed to identify and engage with potential CSR partners, facilitating meaningful collaborations that drive positive social impact.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Identify and map companies eligible for CSR funding, researching their philanthropic priorities and areas of focus.• Build and maintain outreach lists and partnership trackers, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.• Conduct email and phone outreach to CSR leaders, introducing our organization and its mission.• Set up meetings between CSR partners and senior leadership, preparing brief notes and maintaining documentation.• Support in drafting concept notes and sharing existing proposal decks, fostering collaboration and driving projects forward.• Maintain accurate records and tracking systems, including Google Sheets or CRM software.• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.We are seeking an experienced professional with 3-6 years of experience in CSR/NGO outreach, fundraising support, or partnership building. Strong organizational and documentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.The successful candidate will be rewarded with flexible part-time structure, opportunities to make a meaningful impact in public health, and performance-linked incentives for successful conversions.
