Financial Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking activities.Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records.Handle invoice processing, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.Assist with payroll review, tax filings, and statutory reporting where applicable.Partner with internal teams to validate financial data, track expenses, and support operational decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations management.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for career advancement and growth.
