Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill a crucial role in promoting sustainable environmental practices within the real estate sector.Job DescriptionThe Green Building and Sustainability Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, technical activities, stakeholder coordination, and program implementation of the Centre for Sustainability.Promote Green Building Certification program by providing technical expertise to stakeholders on Green Building Certification, ESG frameworks, and Net Zero pathways.Maintain an up-to-date activity tracker, progress dashboard, and reporting formats for ongoing initiatives.Curate a knowledge repository on sustainable construction materials, technologies, and policies; prepare policy briefs, training modules, and sustainability publications.Liaise with stakeholders to expand sustainability initiatives and build strategic partnerships.Prepare presentations, and communication material for leadership, funding partners, and national events.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:A degree in Architecture, Civil, or Environmental Engineering with 5 years of experience in green building design, certification management, and sustainability project coordination.Experience in government programs or consulting firms managing multi-stakeholder projects.Knowledge of green building rating frameworks (IGBC, GRIHA, LEED, EDGE, BEE ECBC).Understanding of ESG, life-cycle assessment, waste/water/energy efficiency, and Net Zero concepts.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive annual remuneration package.How to ApplyPlease submit your application, including your resume and cover letter.
