Senior Property Accountant IV

Position Overview: The role of the Senior Property Accountant will include 1:1 check-in's, answering questions, reviewing work completed and communicating status and/or needs to Management in NA.  Responsibilities: Resolving team queries regards to Data entry, bank statements etc.Keeping a tab of work completed by team membersRegular check and communication the status update with the ManagementPerforming bank reconciliationsPreparing financial reporting packagesKnowledge and Skills: 5+ years overall accounting experienceKnowledge of accounting principles and practices Knowledge of financial reportingTechnical accounting skillsPrevious experience of general accounting, GAAPStrong skills with MS Excel, Word and PowerPointAdept at using technology including a variety of software/online portals/SaaS systems to capture, analyse and record informationConsistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performanceWilling to work extended time frames during month-end close and any other periods of critical financial activities Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail, accuracy, planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoringStrong initiative, problem analysis and problem-solving skillsEducation Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceWe're obsessed with making this the best job you've ever had We want our teams to love working here, so we've created some incredible perks for you to enjoy: We want our staff to love working here, and so we've created a few unique perks such as office breakfasts, quarterly lunches and virtual social events.
