Talent Acquisition ManagerAbout this Opportunity:The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with external clients in the BFSI industry to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process, provide regular updates and reports, and act as the primary point of contact.Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, conduct performance reviews, and develop skills of junior recruiters.Recruitment Process Oversight: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies, and ensure candidate pipelines are managed effectively.Reporting and Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to the leadership team.Stakeholder and Candidate Communication: Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.Requirements:10+ years of experience in recruitment and delivery, focusing on contract-to-hire positions.Experience working with a range of industries and clients, preferably in BFSI.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both contract roles.Negotiation skills with candidates and clients.
