To see how we are different; please visit or email We are looking for de Novo solutions is seeking an experienced, strategically-minded Talent Acquisition Manager to join us in Chennai. This critical role begins as an Individual Contributor (IC) , taking full ownership of the tech & non-tech hiring strategy and execution for our India offices . The ideal candidate will not only manage the entire hiring lifecycle for India but will also possess the aptitude and experience to eventually manage recruitment for our UK offices as the role expands. This position offers a clear growth path from a high-impact IC role to a managerial position where you will build and lead a dedicated TA team. About the Role This role demands a minimum of 8 years of specialist experience in Tech Recruitment . You will be directly responsible for partnering with senior leadership to scale our technical teams in India. Mandatory Experience & Skills: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Technology Recruitment. Ability to strategize and execute the entire hiring process from forecasting to onboarding. Proven ability to operate effectively as an Individual Contributor (IC) while possessing the leadership qualities to transition into a managerial role. Strong focus on India hiring for immediate needs. Highly Valued Experience (Big Pluses): Prior experience in hiring Oracle Consultants is a significant advantage . Experience or familiarity with UK recruitment processes, labor laws, or managing UK hiring would be a big plus for future expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all technical roles, prioritizing high-volume/critical roles in India. Develop and implement innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals. Ensure seamless hiring coordination with teams and provide an exceptional candidate experience globally. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist job boards, networking) to identify and attract top-tier talent. Actively contribute to enhancing our employer branding and ensure cultural fit for all new hires.
