We’re now elevating every visual touchpoint—from in-app micro‑interactions to explainer videos—and hiring a Motion Graphics Designer / Animator to bring our story to life through motion and emotion.

We’re looking for a visually ambitious Motion Graphics Designer / Animator who delivers narrative-driven animations with polish, precision, and flair. You’ll translate UX/UI flows and brand messaging into UI transitions, explainer sequences, promotional videos, and dynamic content across web, mobile, and marketing channels. This is a high-impact position for someone passionate about motion as a form of storytelling.

• Conceptualize and craft motion-driven visuals for UI animations, explainers, campaigns, social content, and product videos.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Art Direction teams to align storytelling, visual tone, and brand consistency.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize motion concepts before execution.
• Execute and refine animations using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator, Rive), ensuring quality from concept to final render.
• Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enrich visual craftsmanship.

• Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in motion graphics or related roles—preferably in technology, product, or agency environments.
• Portfolio: A strong reel or portfolio showcasing storytelling through UI, campaign, product, or explainer animations.

• Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, RIve; bonus if experienced with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
• Design Foundations: Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, anticipation), typography, colour, layout, and motion design best practices.

• Visual storyteller with an eye for detail, pacing, and effective communication through motion.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Effective collaborator and communicator across cross-disciplinary teams.

• Creative Impact: Define how millions experience AI-powered communications—from UI dynamics to brand films.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Shape motion across product, marketing, art direction, and design systems.
