Job Title: Market Growth Strategist About the Role:This strategic role sits within the CEO's Office and is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through new markets, customer segments, and deeper expansion within the existing customer base.The position is focused on where and how the business should grow, enabling teams to execute effectively. Main Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new geographies, customer segments, and market opportunitiesDevelop market entry and expansion strategies with clear business casesSupport growth within the existing customer base through new offerings, pricing strategies, or deeper penetrationIdentify white-space opportunities across products, channels, and customer profiles Growth & Strategy:Translate growth opportunities into structured initiatives with timelines, owners, and KPIsWork closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams to enable executionLead special growth projects directly from the CEO's officeMonitor performance and course-correct initiatives as needed Key Performance Indicators:Revenue growth from new initiatives and expansion effortsData-driven insights on market size, competition, pricing, and customer behaviorCEO-level updates and recommendations for leadership decision-making Candidate Profile:5+ years of experience in strategy, growth, consulting, market expansion, or business leadershipStrong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to connect strategy to executionExperience working across multiple functions (sales, finance, ops, product)Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-impact environmentsStrong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders Why This Role?Direct exposure to CEO and leadership decision-makingHigh-impact role shaping the future growth of the businessOpportunity to work across markets, customers, and business modelsLong-term leadership growth potential within the organization
