Job OverviewAs a technical support engineer, you will be working closely with our client success team to provide tier-2 client support for software technical issues. You will collaborate with our engineering department to debug and resolve the issues.Provide technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team.Assist QA lead with quality assurance activities.Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.Engage with internal and external customers to quickly identify and resolve their problems.Offer workarounds to customers when fixes will take time to be released.Deliver timely and accurate customer feedback.Follow up with clients to ensure problems are resolved.Support the rollout of new applications.Develop procedural documentation for support purposes.Manage multiple cases simultaneously.Evaluate and test new releases.Suggest innovative solutions for a seamless operational process.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.Availability to work during US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time).3 to 5 years of experience in tech support for web-based business applications with a mobile interface.Proficiency in Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, AWS.Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.Knowledge of ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.Experience in texting and communication-based applications is an advantage.Certifications in Linux, Java, Web development, AWS are desirable but not mandatory.Experience in using AI tools for daily tasks.Development mindset to scale into a developer with minimal training.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Good written and verbal communication.
