Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Creative Fry Media in Noida. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.

You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic to our client's website, and generating leads.

Salary Range- 20-35K Per Month (Depending on skillset and past experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI.
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy and landing pages for search engine marketing (SEM).
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with the creative team to design and create ad visuals and content.
Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends.
Track, measure, and report on all digital marketing activities, campaign performance, and website analytics.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.
Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media management tools
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with graphic design, copywriting, photography, video production, email marketing, e-commerce marketing, and performance marketing.
