As an SDET, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.Key Responsibilities:Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.Code Quality & CI/CD: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Performance & Security Testing: Implement performance, load, and security testing strategies to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior SDETs, promote best testing practices, and drive quality initiatives across teams.Tooling & Innovation: Evaluate and introduce new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6.Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, TDD, and BDD.Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.Benefits:Remote Work Policy: Work from anywhere and enjoy a flexible work schedule.Comprehensive Insurance Policy: Get comprehensive insurance coverage for you and your loved ones.Professional Growth Opportunities: Join a company that values employee growth and development.
