Service Delivery ExpertThe role of Service Delivery Manager is critical to our organization's success. As a key stakeholder, you will be responsible for owning the client relationship, delivering exceptional service assurance, and collaborating with internal technical staff. Your expertise in Cyber consultancy will enable you to uncover growth opportunities with clients through new or product upgrades.Main Responsibilities:Prepare and present client operational reporting at monthly meetings.Client SLAs and Reporting (including driving enhancements).Ensure L1 and L2 analysts meet SLA and follow procedures.Develop great report writing skills.Onboard new Clients efficiently.Continuously improve operations and client engagement.Develop Continual Service Improvement Plans (CSIP) for client patch.Gain a deep understanding of the client's business, including strategic business planning, roadmaps, and workshops.Manage risk and issues effectively.Problem Management.Scope Management.Change Management.Major incident management.RequirementsA minimum of 5 years work experience in Service Management.Experience in Delivering Cyber services, particularly in SOC (Security Operation Centre), is highly desirable.Proven track record of working in an MSP environment.Hold ITIL Service Management accreditation.Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplined team.Strong understanding of ITSM service delivery concepts.Ability to influence external & internal stakeholders as part of a continuous improvement life cycle.Lead incidents to resolution successfully.
