Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Lead to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives, drive quality, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities:Process Improvement Leadership:Lead business-wide process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.Apply proven methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Design Thinking to identify root causes, eliminate waste, and standardize best practices.Strategic Planning & Operational Execution:Partner with senior leadership to align business strategy with process excellence initiatives.Develop short-term and long-term process excellence strategies that support organizational growth, innovation, and resilience.Training & Development:Design and deliver training programs in Lean Six Sigma, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools to build internal capability.Mentor and coach team members and process owners at various levels on improvement projects and change management techniques.Change Management & Cultural Transformation:Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating the adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors.Collaborate with HR, Communications, and leadership teams to embed process excellence into the organizational culture.Performance Measurement & Reporting:Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.Prepare dashboards and executive presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and successes of process excellence programs.Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate improvements, share lessons learned, and capture best practices for future use.
