You will design and implement backend solutions for scalability, performance, and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and scaling of high-volume backend services.Own end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives from conception to production rollout.Architect robust systems and improve our microservices framework.Ensure system reliability, efficiency, and redundancy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align features with user demands.Mentor junior developers and lead by example in coding and process refinement.Optimize existing systems for maximum speed through rigorous testing.Spearhead innovations in data security including enhanced protocols for user data protection.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.4+ years of experience in backend development with scalable systems.Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.Extensive experience with cloud services and serverless architectures.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Strong database management skills with both SQL and NoSQL databases.Prior experience with financial services applications will be a plus.
