The Monitoring Governance – Control Management Analyst will:
- Support the design, implementation and maintenance of KRIs
- Support KRI governance and information management, audits, PRSAs, annual reviews across all processes
- End to end program management, change management, prepare project charters.
- Engage multiple stakeholders for project tracking and signoff.
- Create complete and relevant KRI documentation and testing guidelines.
- Support risk management practices within the business.
- Support sharing insights, better practices, themes, etc. across the enterprise.
- Create status updates for senior leadership on strategic initiatives for all levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function) Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities
- Strong program management/governance skills, interpersonal skills, excellent presentation skills and experience in creating project charters
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, relationship building, and presentation/influencing skills are anticipated.
- Extensive experience information management on confluence, document review and maintenance
- Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
- Ability to identify opportunities, collaborate with peers to develop solutions and drive these gaps to closure.
- Experience in implementing a structured approach, delivering against deadlines, and managing multiple task
