We are hiring multiple Principal Full Stack Engineers to join a global delivery team working on a large-scale, multi-year enterprise transformation program for a reputed international client. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity for senior engineers who can lead by example, own end-to-end system design, and deliver scalable, high-quality full stack solutions in a global environment.Role DetailsRole: Principal Full Stack Engineer (Multiple Positions)Engagement Type: Contract / Independent ConsultantLocation: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere)Duration: 12 months (strong extension potential)Start Date: Immediate or within the next few weeksKey ResponsibilitiesLead design and development of end-to-end full stack applications.Own architecture and technical decision-making across frontend and backend layers.Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications.Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams.Review code, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers.Ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability of solutions.Support deployments, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to technical documentation and system design artifacts.Required Qualifications10+ years of professional software engineering experience.Strong hands-on expertise across backend and frontend technologies.Deep experience with Java and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot.Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.Experience working in cloud-based environments.Ability to work independently in a remote, global delivery model.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience designing and delivering enterprise-scale systems.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testing.Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP is a plus.Prior experience in global transformation or modernization programs.Why Join This EngagementMultiple long-term roles on a high-visibility global program.Fully remote engagement with flexibility and global exposure.Strong likelihood of contract extension beyond the initial term.Opportunity to lead critical engineering initiatives end-to-end.Work with senior architects and leadership teams on complex systems.ApplyInterested candidates can share their CV at Careers@SkillsCapital.io
