Job Purpose:
As a Delivery Lead - Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that complex business requirements are effectively translated into clear technical solutions. This role plays a crucial part in driving successful project outcomes by performing requirement analysis, managing stakeholder communication, and improving business processes and systems.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with experience handling multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in gathering both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments (FX, FI, Swaps).
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Conduct functional and non-functional requirement gathering and develop user stories.
- Gather, document, and prioritize both technical and business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive project roadmap.
- Facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from senior stakeholders and executives.
- Assess existing systems and address logic difficulties to enhance processes.
- Provide regular project updates to ensure stakeholders remain aligned and informed.
- Manage scope changes and handle project leadership tasks related to change requests.
- Lead the translation of business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Skills & Requirements:
