As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions that drive our business forward. You will leverage your expertise in AI technologies, programming, and data manipulation to deliver high-impact solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading AI/ML projects, and ensuring successful deployment of machine learning models into production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Utilize programming languages such as Python or Java to build and optimize AI/ML applications.
  • Apply deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLM) to solve complex problems.
  • Leverage machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn to develop robust models.
  • Perform data manipulation and preprocessing using Pandas and NumPy.
  • Create compelling data visualizations with Matplotlib and Seaborn to communicate insights effectively.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for model deployment and scaling.
  • Manage version control using Git to track changes and collaborate with other developers.
  • Handle both SQL and NoSQL database systems for efficient data management.
  • Successfully transform proofs of concept (POCs) into production-ready products, with at least 3 such transformations in your experience.
  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML solutions, from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and technologies.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML development.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Extensive knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning techniques.
  • Strong skills in data manipulation and preprocessing using Pandas and NumPy.
  • Experience in data visualization using Matplotlib and Seaborn.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Competence in version control systems, especially Git.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform POCs into production-ready solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
