Job OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a SaaS environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are required.The successful candidate will be able to understand technical products and explain them simply to clients.A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is essential for this role.The ability to work across multiple tools and communication channels is also required.Experience with D2C brands customer service is a plus.Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or helpdesk platforms preferred.
