Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist at AGS group in Dwarka. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for increasing sales /managing e-commerce operations, optimizing sales strategies, enhancing customer service, analyzing data, and engage with stake holders for designing programmes to enable increase online sales.
Qualifications/ Skill Set Required
- Knowledge of E commerce portal programmes like Amazon FBA ,Prime ,A + etc
- Knowledge of Listing ,brand registration, shipping ,returns ,revenue calculation.
- Knowledge of E com Ad programmes, pricing , ROI calculation.
- Good Analytical Skills especially excellent excel skills required.
- Knowledge of Tally with inventory & sales invoicing.
- Good Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce ,Business or Marketing.
