Key Roles / Responsibilities:
Deploying, managing and monitoring of the application infrastructure on AWS Linux hosted systems.
Log monitoring and analysis, tuning of micro-service containers, CMS, Database system in AWS cloud platforms.
Proactive Monitoring production/non-production systems to foresee possible issues and resolution.
Engagement in business-critical incidents adhering to defined SLAs.
Linux Scripting and automation. Patching and OS Management of Linux system.
Supporting teams in troubleshooting.
Hands on network security tools and Controls (AntiDDoS, WAF, SEIM, PIM/PAM etc.)
Supports clients by fixing the issues raised by clients.
Skill sets Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science or in a related field (Compulsory)
Minimum 2 years experience in Tech/Support Engineer.
Good Knowledge in Linux Administration
Familiarity in industrial tools & software will be advantageous (Jenkins, ELK, Cloud watch, Shell Scripting, postman API handling, PL/SQL etc.)
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills
Researching skills.
Cloud certifications will be advantageous (AWS, Azure, OCI)
