SQL Server Data Engineer - Salesforce ConversionWe are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to lead and execute the data conversion from Oracle Fusion to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and data migration projects.This role requires strong technical skills, including ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.Requirements5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server in a data engineering / ETL / data conversion role.Proven expertise in T-SQL, including complex joins, window functions, stored procedures, views, functions, and SQL Server Agent jobs.Experience delivering end-to-end data migration or data conversion projects as a primary SQL resource.Strong working knowledge of Salesforce data model (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Activities, and custom objects).Experience loading data into Salesforce using tools such as Salesforce Data Loader, SSIS, or other ETL tools.Practical exposure to Oracle Fusion (Cloud) / Oracle ERP as a data source – understanding of key master and transaction data entities.Strong skills in data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality checks.Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with offshore-onsite collaboration.Excellent communication skills in English.Nice to HaveExperience with integration platforms (OIC, Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.) for Salesforce integrations.Prior involvement in end-to-end Salesforce implementations or large-scale CRM migrations.Familiarity with SOQL, Apex basics, and Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs (for understanding and troubleshooting).Experience working in cloud environments (Azure / AWS) hosting SQL Server workloads.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
