We are seeking a skilled MMA Content Specialist to join our dynamic editorial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for editing and publishing high-quality articles daily.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the UFC/MMA industry, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Your primary responsibilities will include:Edit and publish 20-25 articles daily, ensuring accuracy and quality.Proofread articles for grammar, punctuation, and plagiarism errors.Research facts and verify information to ensure accuracy.Publish articles on time, particularly for priority news-based content.Mentor and guide writers to improve their quality, output, and performance.Ensure smooth daily operations of the UFC (MMA) division.Perform other key duties as assigned by the Editorial Team Lead.You'll be a great fit if:You're an avid fan of the UFC/MMA or interested in learning more about the sport.You possess a solid grasp of English fundamentals and American culture.You're detail-oriented and quick with fact-checking and enhancing editorial quality.You're flexible and able to work well under pressure, especially during event-coverage days.You have leadership qualities, are a good judge of character, and possess people management skills.You have a keen eye for engaging titles and subheadings and basic SEO knowledge.To succeed in this role, you should have:A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in proofreading and/or content editing.Prior experience leading a team of writers is a plus.This position offers:Remote working flexibility.Flexible working hours.Location: Work From Home
