We are rapidly expanding across India and building a strong on-ground sales team to accelerate market presence and revenue growth.Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and driving on-ground sales. If you understand the power of brand visibility and thrive in a fast-paced field environment, this role is a great fit.Key Responsibilities• Identify and approach potential clients, local businesses, agencies, and market clusters• Explain Eva Bharat's digital advertising solutions clearly and persuasively• Conduct regular field visits and build strong local business relationships• Gather market insights, competitor data, and location-based opportunities• Manage end-to-end sales cycles: pitching, negotiation, and closing• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and campaign execution• Maintain accurate daily sales reports, visit logs, and revenue tracking• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targetsRequirements• 1–5 years of experience in field sales, retail partnerships, or business acquisition• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• High energy, result-driven, and comfortable with on-ground client visits• Understanding of advertising or local business environments is a plus• Ability to work independently and plan field activities effectively• Self-motivated and disciplined; startup experience is an advantage• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for strong candidatesWhat We Offer• Competitive salary + performance-based incentives• Opportunity to work closely with the core growth team• Fast career progression into Senior Executive, Area Manager, or City Lead roles• High ownership, transparent work culture, and long-term learning
