Lead Guidewire Implementation SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned implementation professional to spearhead the deployment of Guidewire solutions across various industries.The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience in managing software implementations, specifically with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter modules.A strong background in insurance domain technology projects and expertise in overseeing end-to-end Guidewire suite deployments.A proven track record of successfully managing full lifecycle Guidewire implementations and integrations.A comprehensive understanding of insurance domain processes including underwriting, claims, billing, and policy administration.Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Familiarity with Guidewire Studio, DataHub, InfoCenter, and integration technologies (SOAP, REST APIs).The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Guidewire implementations.Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates.Collaborate with subject matter experts to address technical complexities and resolve issues.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in software implementation, preferably with Guidewire.Strong background in insurance domain technology projects.Proven track record of successful Guidewire implementations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:Agile and Waterfall project management certifications.Guidewire Studio, DataHub, InfoCenter, and integration technologies expertise.Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.Familiarity with insurance domain processes.
