About the Role We are looking for a Lead – Performance Marketing to drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. You’ll play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role requires a mix of analytical expertise, creativity, and hands-on campaign management experience to deliver strong ROI. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive growth. Plan, launch, and optimize digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and affiliate platforms. Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost efficiency and a healthy CAC. Identify and test new growth channels to expand reach and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, improve funnel conversions, and optimize campaign impact. Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track key metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.). Ensure data-driven decision-making through continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimization. Requirements: 1–6 years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns . Proven track record in lead generation and ROI-driven campaigns . Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Ads , Meta Ads , and affiliate marketing platforms. Excellent understanding of performance metrics, conversion funnels, and marketing analytics tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
