Job Title: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore, KarnatakaDepartment: SalesAbout Swa Artisanal SyrupsAt Swa Artisanal Syrups, we craft natural, small-batch syrups using real ingredients — no artificial flavors, no shortcuts. We partner with cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels, and modern trade outlets across India, bringing authentic taste and creativity to every beverage.We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to represent Swa in Bangalore and nearby areas, building strong relationships and expanding our footprint in the vibrant F&B scene.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for the Bangalore territory.Identify, approach, and onboard new customers — including cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, and distributors.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and upselling opportunities.Plan and conduct regular market visits, product demos, and sampling activities.Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer experience.Track sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to support business growth.Submit timely reports, expense statements, and updates on customer engagement and market feedback.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1– 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or the food & beverage industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with local travel within Bangalore and nearby areas.Familiarity with the café, bar, and hospitality segments is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive compensation with attractive sales incentives.Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, premium artisanal beverage brand.Dynamic, collaborative, and creative work environment.Application Process:Send your CV to hr@drinkswa.comSubject: “Application – Sales Executive (Bangalore)”
