Oversee all R2R activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and fixed assets.Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations, Fixed Asset reconciliations.Ensure compliance with accounting standards (UK GAAP/IFRS) and internal controls.Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accountants/analysts to deliver high-quality outcomes.Act as a key point of contact for global finance stakeholders on R2R / GL matters.Qualifications & Skills:7–10 years of accounting and R2R experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and R2R best practices.Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
