who possesses leadership capabilities solid operational and technical accounting background and works proactively to drive results This person is a self-starter flexible has a high level of integrity and is goal- oriented in a fast-paced team-oriented collaborative environment This role has regular interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders across the company and requires strong verbal and written communication skills The candidate will need to have a proven track record of hiring developing and retaining the best talent Your ImpactManage the monthly financial close process for International entitiesReview journal entries account reconciliations to ensure all costs are accurately recordedReview present the monthly quarterly flux analysis to internal stakeholdersInteract with cross-functional teams at all levels to deliver timely and accurate management and financial reportingCoordinate the services provided by third-party accounting service providersParticipate in strategic projects including new leases and office constructionsEnsure compliance with internal control policies and statutory requirementsManage the audits for the international entities with external auditors to ensure complianceAnalyze the impact of statutory accounting and bridge the US GAAP recordsReview the information for preparation of tax returnsWork with Tax Treasury and other functions to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activitiesMentor team members to scale deliverExecution of assigned team goals team management career developmentQualificationsYour ExperienceCA or CPA mandatory with bachelor s degree in accountingMinimum 10 years of experience in GL RTR in a large US MNCSound knowledge of US GAAP internal controls and financial reportingExperience with SAP or large ERP systems a plusExperience with account reconciliations tools like Blackline a plusProficient with Excel and PowerPointAble to see the big picture yet hands
