**Job Description:
- **
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Post journal entries in General Ledger (GL) for necessary transactions.
- Prepare and post various journal entries such as prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, payroll, provisions, and intercompany entries in SAP.
- Handle reclassification and correction journals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Track and update the status of journals received vs. posted on a daily basis.
- Manage intercompany receivables and payables, ensuring reconciliation between invoices and GL accounts.
- Process invoices (PO and Non-PO) and validate them against essential matching criteria (2-way and 3-way).
- Analyze purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRN), and follow up with vendors to ensure accurate processing.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain accurate records for financial reporting.
- Conduct account analysis to ensure all journal entries are posted correctly in the GL.
- Prepare GST returns (GSTR1, GSTR3b, annual returns), TDS computation, and E-filing of TDS returns.
- Manage monthly ESIC, EPFO, and professional tax filings.
**Technical Skills**:
- Expertise in Record to Report (R2R) process.
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Management.
- General Ledger Accounting and Reconciliation.
- Intercompany Accounting and Reconciliation.
- Bank Reconciliation and GL vs. Sub-Ledger Reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle (EAP), and Tally software.
- Familiarity with automation tools in financial processes.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
