Manager/Senior Manager Legal-Mergers

We are seeking a dynamic Legal Manager/Senior Manager with 8–12 years of experience, preferably from a reputed law firm for our client which is into commercial real estate.
The role involves managing complex legal transactions, especially in real estate, M&A, and debt investments. The candidate will handle legal due diligence, litigation, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance. A strong grasp of corporate and sector-specific laws is essential. This position offers an opportunity to work in a high-impact and fast-paced environment. • Independently manage investments, divestments, and debt transactions across India • Support in legal due diligence and land title diligence • Provide legal advice and counsel across business • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts • Manage and oversee litigation, working closely with external legal counsel when required
Pre-requisites
• Experience: 8 -12 years • Education Qualification: Law graduate from premier university (added qualification of CS/CA would be an advantage) • Preferred Background: Prior experience in a reputed law firm is essential • Strong experience in mergers & acquisitions, debt investments, private equity, and real estate • Strong domain knowledge of corporate laws, securities law, foreign exchange laws, and sectoral laws relating to real estate and infrastructure sectors • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. • Positive attitude with a proactive, self-starter mindset. • Strong leadership, team management, and accountability. • Effective under pressure with strong interpersonal skills
