Experience: Candidate with 20+ years of Pega experience and 10+ years of Pega Pre-Sales, Solutioning & Practice experience. He should have demonstrated track record of working on Pega related RFI/RFP/RFQ and creating compelling deal solutions for Large IT Service Organizations or GCC’s and good working experience with international clients. We are looking for a Technology leader with entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to execute seamlessly and the ideal candidate should be a certified Pega LSA.

Responsibilities: -
Define a compelling proposition for Coforge in terms of Pega Solutions & Pega service offerings by forming a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, market or industry trends and Coforge business objectives.
Responsible for Creation and Collation of Capability decks & Case studies for Pega across various verticals and Pega product stack
Play a Bid Manager role for major proposals where Pega is the main focus area and closely work with LSA’s & Vertical Sales teams to provide a comprehensive response to Bids.
Anchor, Participate & collaborate with other Coforge teams on Pre-sales initiatives to make sure any client proposal includes Coforge value proposition, key differentiators, solution accelerators etc.
Able to articulate with potential and existing customers regarding our successful solution deployment strategies, POV’s and industry best practices
Ability to create and work on proposals including Pega Case Management, Pega Customer Service, Integrations, Industry Frameworks, CDH, AI/ML etc. using latest Pega stack of products
Responsible for co-creating Pega based industry solutions and technology accelerators jointly with Pega Practice Head across various domains and geographies to achieve -
Revenue growth from proposing our internal Pega solutions
High Win rates for Pega proposals
Incubate innovation within Pega pre-sales teams and be a principal advisor to Pega Delivery & Sales teams around latest technology trends in Pega space.
Work closely with Pegasystems, Pega Practice Head and Pega Delivery Head and identify GTM strategy for Coforge & Pegasystems and create sales artifacts around the same
Should be able to perform Win-Loss analysis for all bids submitted in Pega and learnings fed back into Pre-sales cycles to derive efficiencies in future bids.
Be the gate keeper for all Pre-sale artifacts and repository
