Certifications
Pega 8.x Certification: CLSA Part 1 & 2
Experience
10+ years of Pega experience, with at least 2 years or 1 full implementation as a Lead System Architect (LSA).
Extensive experience in designing and architecting end-to-end Pega solutions.
Proven expertise in conducting business workshops to define and refine requirements.
Strong experience in Agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering projects across multiple release cycles.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Pega integrations, including Email Listener, SOAP, REST APIs, and other integration technologies.
Expertise in designing class structures, case types, data types, and ensuring enterprise reusability of components.
Proven ability to perform detailed code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles.
Experience in scoping, planning, and delivering projects, ensuring successful delivery within the constraints of time, scope, and resources.
Partnered with solution architects and Pega COEs to ensure compliance with architecture guidelines, security requirements, and development standards.
Responsible for ensuring the development of robust, scalable technical solutions with reusable components and common elements.
Desired Additional Experience
Designing Pega Decision Hub solutions on the cloud for marketing reports, consuming data from Data Lakes.
Stakeholder management, including interfacing with business leaders, technical teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Guiding engineering teams in following best practices and delivering quality solutions on time.
