Senior Quality Assurance EngineerWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.You will lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.You will design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for UI and API layers, leveraging your expertise in testing frameworks like Karate, Playwright, and Postman.Collaboration is key You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to define and implement test strategies throughout the SDLC.Your expertise in exploratory, manual, and regression testing will be invaluable as we strive for defect-free releases.Own the quality gates for product releases and provide sign-off, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.Analyzing test results, debugging issues, and tracking defects to resolution will be an essential part of your role.To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding position, you should possess:7+ years of experience in Software QA with a balance of manual and automation testing.Hands-on experience with API Testing using Karate Framework Postman & Newman CLI.Proficiency in UI Automation Testing using Playwright.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using CI/CD pipelines.A solid understanding of software testing principles, design patterns, and testing methodologies.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.While not mandatory, having experience in performance testing and monitoring tools, domain expertise in Telecommunications, familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and prior experience leading a QA team in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment would be a significant advantage.
