Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Security Vulnerability Remediation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems by identifying and remediating vulnerabilities.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for security to make a real impact on our organization's safety.You will work closely with our development teams to ensure that all software releases meet the highest security standards.Responsibilities:Vulnerability Triage: You will review results from scanning tools like Burp Suite, ZAP, Mend, Snyk, JFrog XRay, Wiz, Qualys to identify potential vulnerabilities.Severity Validation: Confirm whether the finding is a true positive or false positive and prioritize overdue medium vulnerabilities.False Positive Handling: Document justification for false positives including scan logs and GitHub issue links.Remediation Coordination: Create Jira tickets in the correct team backlog including vulnerability alert details, scanning source reference, and recommended remediation steps.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in security vulnerability remediation.Proficiency in scanning tools like Burp Suite, ZAP, Mend, Snyk, JFrog XRay, Wiz, Qualys.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Benefits:A competitive salary package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.About Us:We are a forward-thinking organization committed to delivering innovative solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
