DescriptionWorkday Compensation, Talent & Performance - ConsultantResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibilities: Compensation, Talent & Performance ConsultantResponsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirementsUnderstands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer PAAS Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.Must-Have CertificationsWorkday HCM Core Experience & Background BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA3-6 years of IT experienceProfessional Experience of at least 2 years in implementing or supporting Workday.Have completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM, Recruiting & Learning - Module consultantRequired Skills/Experience:Good exposure and hands-on experience in Compensation, Talent & Performance modules.Experience in Implementing, Configuring, and Supporting more than one project in Workday Compensation, Talent & Performance areas.Knowledge of touch points related to HCM module.Must have worked on configuring complex Business processes.Exposure to Customer central, Knowledge of handling Employee, set up data related EIBs, Advance Loads, iLoad's and Migration Recipe.Ability to create Advanced custom reports, Custom Worklets, Custom Objects, Calculated fields.Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolutionAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilitiesPreferred Skills/Experience:Good to have reporting experienceKnowledge of Advanced Compensation Configuration items and flow of Compensation Review Process.Highly self-motivated and detail oriented Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership#LI-SD1#KGSQualificationsMust-Have CertificationsWorkday HCM Core Experience & Background BE/ B.
